      LIVELLO:

Good preparation for Expedition Five starts long before you enter the Loading Phase. ARC Raiders BluePrints give you a way to turn stored materials into useful equipment, but only if you understand which recipes are worth using and which resources should remain untouched. A full stash does not automatically mean a prepared stash.

For that reason, ARC Raiders BluePrints should be reviewed alongside your current material supply. Instead of crafting whatever is available, look at the Caravan requirements and work backward. This makes it easier to decide which materials should become finished gear and which ones should simply be counted as resources.

      Start With the Four Targets

The Loading Phase has four major requirements. Materials must reach 300,000 Coins, Combat Items need 250,000 Coins, Provisions require 180,000 Coins, and Survival Items need 100,000 Coins.

These targets encourage a different kind of inventory management. You cannot simply concentrate on one type of loot and expect everything to work out.

For example, you might have plenty of raw resources but still be short on Combat Items. Alternatively, your weapons may already provide enough value while your Survival Items remain far below their target.

Checking the numbers before crafting prevents unnecessary spending.

Look for Recipes That Use What You Already Have

One of the easiest mistakes is building a crafting plan around a recipe that requires several materials you do not possess. That can lead to repeated raids simply to find one missing component.

A more practical approach is to start with your current stash. If you have large quantities of Mechanical Components, Wires, Simple Gun Parts, and Duct Tape, check which available recipes can consume them efficiently.

Standard weapons, basic armor, and grenades can be useful when Combat Items need additional value. These recipes may not require the rarest materials, which makes them convenient when you want to convert excess resources without putting your entire stockpile at risk.

Advanced gear works differently. High-tier weapons, heavy armor, and tactical augments can require specialized materials such as Chemicals, Springs, advanced Gun Parts, Magnetic Accelerators, Exodus Modules, or Queen Reactors.

Do Not Chase Maximum Value Blindly

It is easy to assume that the most expensive craft is automatically the best choice. In practice, that is not always true.

If your Combat Items requirement is already comfortably above its target, crafting another expensive weapon may not help much. A Survival Item recipe could be more useful if that category is still missing a large amount of value.

The same logic applies to your Materials total. If you are already close to 300,000 Coins in that category, there is little reason to sacrifice rare crafting components simply to increase it further.

Think of your stash as a collection of ingredients rather than a collection of finished values. The goal is to transform the right ingredients into the right category.

Keep a Reserve for Future Raids

Expedition preparation should not leave you completely broke. Some resources are useful for ordinary raids, weapon production, repairs, and future crafting.

Before committing rare materials, make sure the recipe actually improves your overall position. If you have only one difficult-to-find component, consider whether it is better saved for a recipe you are likely to need later.

This is especially important for players who frequently run squads. Your needs can change depending on how you play, and burning every advanced component just to reach one Expedition target may make subsequent raids less comfortable.

Make Duplicate Blueprints Work for You

Once your blueprint collection is fully unlocked, duplicate physical blueprints no longer need to sit around indefinitely.

Donating them to the Expedition can help with progression while freeing storage. Selling them provides 5,000 Coins per duplicate, which can be useful when you need additional flexibility. You can also take duplicates into a raid and give them to a squadmate who still needs the recipe.

The third option can be especially helpful for groups where different players have collected different recipes. Instead of every player searching for the same blueprint independently, duplicates can circulate through the squad.

      A Better Way to Prepare

My preferred approach is to check the Caravan values first, then inspect the workshop, and only afterward decide what to craft. This reverses the usual habit of looking at a recipe and immediately gathering whatever it requires.

It also reduces unnecessary grinding. If your stash already contains most of what you need, there is no reason to spend several raids collecting unrelated resources. Use what you have, protect the rare components, and only search for additional materials when a specific recipe genuinely solves a problem.

After your crafting is complete, take another look at every category before making the final donation. If one requirement still has a significant gap, you can then decide whether additional farming or an outside purchase makes sense, including ARC Raiders buy Loot as one possible option.

If you need extra items to complete your Expedition preparation, U4N.COM provides a convenient way to find ARC Raiders loot without spending more time searching through every raid. You can browse available options, choose the items that fit your current needs, and get your stash ready for the next challenge with less hassle.
